‘The Agency’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ shall mean ‘Elegant Introductions’ Introductions Agency.

‘You’ and ‘yourself’ refers to yourself as a client or prospective client.

A Member shall be any person who is eligible for membership of the Agency, has paid the enrolment fee and has had their application accepted by the Agency for membership.

Membership of the Agency is limited to ladies and gentlemen who are single, permanently separated, divorced or widowed. All members have been personally interviewed unless clearly marked on his or profile.

Members of the Agency are required to maintain confidentiality relating to other member’s details at all times; when they are given information relating to other members they should dispose of these details carefully and in a way which will not compromise those members in any way and will not use that information for any purpose whatsoever other than for contact between the parties and/or the Agency.

The Agency reserves the absolute right to use its discretion when refusing membership to anyone it considers being unsuitable or whose interest it feels would be better served by an alternative agency.

Having been accepted by the Agency as a member, all monies paid by you to us are non-refundable and cancellation by you or us will not automatically entitle you to a refund. If we, the Agency decline to accept any application for membership for whatever reason, we will refund the membership fee in total.

We reserve the right to modify or extend our services if, at our discretion these modifications benefit you, the Agency or our other members.

Whilst all reasonable identity checks are made, we accept no responsibility or liability for the actions of any of our members, either past or present.

We will exercise all reasonable care, skill and discretion in the exercise of our function as an Introductions Agency in the referral of members to each other.

Meetings and any forms of contact are made at the discretion of individual the Members. As an Agency we are not involved in this process and accept no responsibility or liability for same.

We are an Introductions Agency and our primary function is to facilitate introductions. As an Agency, we will use our best endeavours to fulfil our contract with our Members; should this not be possible and for whatever reason, we will contact you with an explanation and/or extend the period of your membership to cover this period.

All information received from clients will be treated in the strictest confidence as stated in the Data Protection Act of 1998 (Registration Number PZ8725376) and will only be divulged to other members of Elegant Introductions who have agreed by joining the Agency that their details may be shared with other members of the Agency.

You agree that when joining the Agency that you have provided and will continue to provide us with up to date and accurate information about yourself.

The Agency reserves the right to terminate membership if:
